I was in a Half Price Books location not long ago. A young girl, maybe 12 or 13 years old, was following her mom with a handful of CDs. She asked, "Do we even have anything to play these on?" It made me feel old and it also highlighted the fact that kids don't get their music on CD and rip it into an iTunes library (like I still insist on doing). They're buying the music online as an mp3. Maybe you do too. If that's the case do they, or you, really "own" the music. Seems Bruce Willis has something to say about that and just might file a lawsuit. It's interesting reading from Forbes magazine. Click here for the story.
