Chad Smith of Red Hot Chili Pepper fame also happens to be the drummer for Chickenfoot... the band that features Sammy Hagar and Michael Anthony (both, obviously, in VH at one point.) Even Chad couldn't pass up the chance to see Van Halen at Madison Square Garden and do the photo op thing with the band.
